Gluten and Lactose free waffles

10659045_636395169800304_7367185340504230920_oFor months I’ve been looking at all the mouthwatering waffles on instagram, so of course when I came across a waffle iron at a local shop I just had to buy it. I found a gluten and lactose free recipe and decided to try it out.

Indgredients for 1 waffle:

2 tablespoons almondflour
1 tablespoon buckwheat flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons almondmilk
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon bakingpowder
3 drips stevia or 1 teaspoon honey

Preheat waffle iron and mix all the ingrediens until you have a smooth mixture. Ladle mixture into the hot waffle iron and bake for around 5 minutes.

I defenitely enjoyed eating my waffles but I do have to say thay the waffle wasn’t very light so I’ll have to do some experimenting to get the perfect waffle mix.
