After an amazing gapyear I took a look in the mirror and my reflection showed the effects of a year filled with mainly bad eating, drinking, partying and without exercising. This unhealthy lifestyle hadn’t only resulted in changes in my body but my energy level and general health had plummeted in a way I hadn’t foreseen too. It was time to make some changes! Gluten Lactose and Soy free
I had to drastically change my diet after finding out about all of my intolerances. This made me realise how difficult it is to find recipes which are intolerance-proof, healthy, delicious, nutrient rich and suit my fitness goals. The decision to share them was made after I realised that not everyone has the extra time to convert ‘normal’ recipes into intolerance proof ones. A bit more about me eating gluten free.
