“the only bad workout is the one you didn’t do”

After my gap year I decided to change my whole lifestyle by becoming healthy and fit. I struggled with several things but did not give up. Honestly I think that it’s quite frightening to just turn your life around and head in a yet unknown direction. The cluelessness that comes with this change makes it so easy to feel like giving up. On social media I see so many brave people trying to change their lives but just won’t succeed because they don’t have the necessary knowledge. I definitely haven’t figured out everything but I want to share the things I learn with others to make it that tiny bit easier for them.
