Trying to make healthy but tasty meals. Almost all of them are lactose- gluten- and soy free due to my intolerances. I realised how difficult it is to find recipes which are intolerance-proof, healthy, delicious, nutrient rich and suit my fitness goals. Lucky that I am I’ve got plenty of time to test new recipes and adjust them to my likings. The decision to share them was made after I realised that not everyone has this extra time to convert ‘normal’ recipes into intolerance proof ones. Of course these tasty recipes aren’t only for people with intolerances but for everyone.
